Bryan Kohberger has been sentenced for the murders of Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin, the four University of Idaho students killed nearly three years ago.

Families of the four students stabbed to death in a home near the University of Idaho campus are sharing emotional statements during the defendant's sentencing.

Kohberger pleaded guilty earlier this month to the brutal Nov. 2022 murders of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin. All four were students at the University of Idaho and were in the residence shared by Goncalves, Mogen and Kernodle early in the morning when Kohberger broke in and stabbed them to death.
