Marvel's star-studded ensemble pic led by Florence Pugh and Sebastian Stan is winning over critics and audiences alike as it kicks off the summer box office season.

Marvel/Disney’s Thunderbolts* has grossed $47.2M overseas through Friday, rolling up to a projected $165M+ global box office opening through Sunday

The superhero movie, directed by Jake Schreier, has made $11.5 million in previews so far. It’s expected to make between $70 million to $75 million in its opening weekend domestically, and worldwide it’s projected to end up with $160 million to $175 million.
