The higher rain chances will stay south and east of San Antonio. Cities like Corpus Christi, Victoria, Gonzales, and Houston will see rain chances between 40 and 60%. Here, a few tropical downpours could produce isolated flash flooding.

The National Hurricane Center gives the disturbance a 10% chance of development, but parts of Texas will see heavy rainfall regardless.

Downpours capable of triggering localized flash flooding will spread into parts of Louisiana and Texas to end the week. A budding tropical rainstorm may cause winds and fire risk to increase in Hawaii.
