This past weekend, a man named Tony Martinez took to social media to accuse Smith Sr. of engaging in sexual activities with his wife, leaking alleged sext messages between Smith Sr. and Martinez’s wife, Nicole Martinez.

One of Steve Smith Sr.’s children has hit out at those sending “hateful messages” to their family in the wake of cheating allegations made against the former NFL All-Pro. Smith Sr., 45, was accused by a Tony Martinez of having an affair with Martinez’s wife in several explicit X posts over the weekend;

The individual, Antonio Martinez, took to social media with screenshots from raunchy conversations that supposedly took place between Smith and his wife. He also recorded himself calling the football analyst to let him know he’d been found out and asking him what he had to say for himself.
