LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A second Starbucks location in the Las Vegas valley has announced its plans to unionize, according to a letter sent to executives by Starbucks Workers United.
Starbucks did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Workers at the Las Vegas store filed for an election with the National Labor Relations Board on Nov. 15.
The Centennial Hills location won its vote by 18-3. According to Starbucks Workers United, more than 278 Starbucks locations across the country have unionized since 2021.
