Summer staple Rich's Ice Cream voluntarily recalled more than 100,000 products following a potential listeria outbreak.

TEXAS – More than 100,000 ice cream bars made by Rich Ice Cream Co. have been recalled due to a possible listeria contamination, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. On July 17, the FDA announced that a Florida-based ice cream company, Rich’s, had to recall 10 ice cream bars in more than 10 states.

Officials say that the products were sold at mobile frozen dessert carts or at several area convenience stores.
