T UCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The town of Oracle is showing what true resilience is as it comes together to help those who lost their homes to the Cody Fire.
As of Monday morning, the Cody Fire has burned 1,223 acres and is 90% contained, marking substantial progress since the flames broke out Wednesday.
The most damaging of the human-caused spring fires was the Cody Fire, which consumed 1,223 acres southeast of Oracle in late May. The flames destroyed five homes and eight other structures.
