On June 12, 2025, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a massive recall of over 1.1 million Anker PowerCore 10000 power banks, particularly the model A1263.
The PowerCore 10000, manufactured in China, is one of four Anker power bank models currently under recall. Others include the 334 MagGo 10K battery, 321 Power Bank (5K) and 535 Power Bank (20K).
According to an alert from the Consumer Product Safety Commission posted June 12, more than 1.1 million Anker PowerCore 10000 A1263 power banks sold in the United States were affected by the recall.
