The Boar's Head deli meat plant at the heart of a deadly food poisoning outbreak is set to reopen in the coming months.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich announced Monday Thomas Niehaus has been indicted on seven counts of aggravated arson and three counts of arson.
