A Clackamas County grand jury determined the two Milwaukie police officers would not face charges after shooting and injuring a man at a Milwaukie Taco Bell drive-thru, MPD announced Thursday.

A suspect was arrested on Thursday for the January arson at the Blue Heron Paper Company site, according to the Oregon City Police Department (OCPD).

Portland man Michael K. Cohron, 64, was arrested on 52 sex crime charges involving the long-term abuse of a developmentally delayed girl. Police believe there may be more victims.
