Pittsburgh Action News 4 has confirmed at least two people have died and nine others have been injured after multiple explosions occurred at the U.S. Clairton Coke plant in Pennsylvania.

One victim has been identified as Timothy Quinn, a father of three. Ten other people were injured, and five of those remain in critical condition. The U.S. Steel facility, which is about 15 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, processes raw components that go into steel making.
