Lyon and Liverpool have reached an agreement worth €15m for the Ligue 1 side to sign defensive midfielder Tyler Morton (22), according to a report from L’Equipe. Lyon, who face Bayern Munich

The 22-year old midfielder is prepared to make the switch to Ligue 1 following limited chances at Anfield over the years.

Liverpool midfielder Tyler Morton is close to securing a move to Lyon for a deal worth around £15 million inclusive of add-ons. The Athletic reported on Tuesday Liverpool had received contact from the Ligue 1 side over a deal for the 22-year-old. Morton is awaiting the green light from the club before travelling to France to undergo a medical.
