Rhode Island authorities are speaking out after identifying human remains found near Taylor Swift's sprawling home.

The human remains found near Taylor Swift’s “Holiday House” in Rhode Island in May have now been identified.

Authorities have confirmed the name of the person found near Taylor Swift’s Westerly, Rhode Island, house nearly a month after their body washed ashore.

As per South Kingstown Police Department's press release shared June 13, the remains have been found by the state medical examiner's office to belong to 31-year-old Eric Wein.

After several outlets reported on the remains last month, the South Kingstown Police Department revealed in a June 13 statement that the remains belonged to 31-year-old Eric Wein of Massachusetts.
