The NASCAR Cup Series hits Dover Motor Speedway for an afternoon race that will also serve as the fourth round of the in-season challenge.
The plan is to replace its Chicago stop with a street race in the region, perhaps in Coronado, according to reports.
NASCAR officials said they will not be returning to the Loop for the Chicago Street Race in 2026 "to afford us the time necessary to work collaboratively with the City of Chicago."
