With Super Bowl aspirations clearly in mind, the Steelers put together an aggressive offseason. Rodgers was one of the big additions, while DK Metcalf, Jalen Ramsey, and Jonnu Smith were also acquired via trade. T.J. Watt was also given a long-term, lucrative contract extension.

Given that back and forth, it's clear Metcalf has already begun lobbying Rodgers to play beyond the 2025 season. And, based on Rodgers' response to Metcalf's comment, it's clear he is keeping an open mind when it comes to his future in Pittsburgh.
