Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich believes the Blues' success in his 18-year reign in charge justifies his impatience with a series of managers.

Emma Hayes Bruce Buck is the current chairman of Chelsea Football Club and has been since 2004, although he joined in 2003 as a director, the same year Roman Abramovich became the owner.
