YoCrunch yogurt products are being pulled from store shelves nationwide due to a safety concern -- plastic in the dome -- its manufacturer announced Monday.

Consumers have reported plastic pieces in the toppers of the YoCrunch yogurt products, which poses a risk of choking.

Danone U.S., parent company of YoCrunch yogurt, announced the voluntary recall Tuesday over plastic pieces reportedly found in the dome topper.
