Sebastian Gardner, an 18-month-old toddler in Florida, died on June 6 after his dad Scott Gardner allegedly left him in a ‘hot truck’ to get a haircut and drink at a bar. Police said the dad later lied about the events that led to Sebastian's death.

Scott Allen Gardner, 33, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Thursday on charges of aggravated manslaughter and child neglect causing great bodily harm in the death of his son Sebastian on June 6.
