A new Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility is set to open soon in McCook, Nebraska. Being called the "Cornhusker Clink," it's a joint partnership between the Department of Homeland Security and the state of Nebraska.

Some of the new centers have already drawn lawsuits and community backlash over conditions, environmental compliance and transparency.

Nebraska is one of multiple states opening detention centers to aid in the Trump administration's immigration crackdown.
