OMAHA, Neb. -- Coastal Carolina advanced to the College World Series finals with a 11-3 victory over Louisville on Wednesday, scoring five of its six first-inning runs before making an out and extending its win streak to 26 games.

The 2025 College World Series field is down to just two as Coastal Carolina and LSU have punched their tickets to the final in Omaha, Nebraska.

The Chanticleers have not lost at the College World Series yet, and they're riding the longest winning streak in the nation (25 games). They've had a full two days of rest after defeating Oregon State, 6-2, on Sunday, and a win would put them in the finals beginning on Friday.
