Aaron Moore, a former football player for Colorado State University, was arrested Tuesday morning in Fort Collins and charged with sexual assault, according to court records.

On Tuesday, a Colorado Springs Police Officer pleaded not guilty to intimidation and sexual assault charges. Sergeant Glenn Thomas is out of jail on bond, and he is expected to be back in court in May.
