Matrix COC is offering Cold Weather Emergency Sheltering on Friday, January 10th for residents needing sufficient heating.

The shelter, at 3230 Brick Church Pike, will open at 4 p.m. and close at 10 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
