Launch the Photos app from the Windows 10 or 11 Start menu or the All Apps screen, and then open the photo you want to tweak. Click the "Edit image" button (the first icon on the top toolbar).

Launch Windows Photos by right-clicking on an image. Hover over Open With, then click on Photos. Click on Edit, found in the top-left corner of the app. Then hover over the Eraser icon and click it.
