BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) – The Cleveland Browns announced a financial proposal for a domed stadium in Brook Park for the new Huntington Bank Field on Thursday. According to a release from the Haslam Sports Group, the stadium portion of the project will cost about $2.4 billion, and HSG is seeking a 50/50 public and private partnership.
