Amazon’s new policy is creating a “hostile act” against the Trump administration, according to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. The massive retailer owned by multi-billionaire Jeff Bezos announced Tuesday it will start showing how much the price of items are increasing due to President Donald Trump's tariffs.

Amazon said it will not display the cost of tariffs on its products after the White House responded to a report about the potential practice by calling it a "hostile and political" act.
