June’s Supplemental Security Income payment, worth up to $967, will go out to millions of beneficiaries in five days. The amount received depends on several factors, including the number of people filing.

SSI recipients were scheduled to get two checks in May – one on May 1 (the check for May 2025) and a second is coming on May 30 (the check for June). For months when the first of the month falls on a federal holiday or a weekend, SSI benefits are issued early – June 1 is a Sunday.
