A goofball with an impressive recall, Orioles pitcher Tomoyuki Sugano has plowed through the learning curve in his first MLB season.

The bad news: The three new fearless leaders — Don Kelly (Pirates), Warren Schaeffer (Rockies) and Tony Mansolino (Orioles) — who inherited these managing jobs started a combined 4-19! So those firings went well.

Both Zach Eflin and Tomoyuki Sugano would be two of the top potential pitchers available this summer, with both performing well in 2025. While Eflin has missed most of the season so far, he is fairly proven in the league at this point as a solid starter.
