Commuters heading into Manhattan on Wednesday morning faced major delays on the Long Island Rail Road after a power failure in one of the East River tunnels operated by Amtrak. CBS News New York's Natalie Duddridge reports the disruption is raising concerns just weeks before long-planned repairs in neighboring tunnels are set to begin.

In a letter to Gov. Kathy Hochul, the head of Amtrak defends the agency's $1.6 billion effort to repair Superstorm Sandy damage in two of the four tunnels.
