Standing on the steps of the Chesterfield courthouse, several organizations and faith leaders gathered to voice their concerns about ICE detaining more than a dozen people at the county’s court complex.

Protestors peacefully demonstrated at the Chesterfield County Courthouse Wednesday morning after 14 people were detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents over three days.

Fourteen people were detained in a series of ICE raids at the Chesterfield County courthouse, according to the sheriff’s office.
