The Houston Astros announced Tuesday they will retire Wagner’s No. 13 beginning this season, with an official jersey-retirement ceremony set for Aug. 16 during the franchise’s Hall of Fame weekend (Wagner will enter the Baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday, July 27).
