The Netherlands’ 11-month-old coalition government appears close to collapse after far-right leader Geert Wilders said he would “sleep on” a decision on whether to pull out of the fragile four-party pact.

Islam, anti-immigration and anti-EU stance, has risen close to power in the Netherlands. Often called the ‘Dutch Trump’ for his striking dyed hair and fiery speeches, Wilders on Tuesday pulled his PVV party out of the ruling coalition following a disagreement over stricter migration rules.
